Our family attended the annual July 4th celebration at Wat Lao Buddhavong in Catlett Virginia this past weekend, this year turnout on Saturday was not bad but Sunday was very few and far in between since it drizzled some. It's durian season and a few weeks back, we followed a car club convoy to Penang for a durian buffet on a Sat and came back the next day. Well, it's not really so much for the durians but it was fun to join the fabulous people in the club in a well managed convoy complete with all the GPS coordinate...more info>>>

In America we would go to the doctor for a yearly checkup. Blood tests, chest x-rays, blood pressure etc. As we get older there are checks for cholesterol, prostate, colon cancer and other conditions.
Then as we are supposed to do is go to the dentist every 6 months for checkups and teeth cleaning. ...more info>>>
