Have finally managed to move the blog to a simpler, less clumsy template. Now I can finally use labels to catagorise posts and provide easy navigation through the archives. About 8am: Woke up, drank Nutrilite Positrim with full cream milk.
About 8:30am: vomitted all of the Positrim, gastric pain started. I laid down to rest in my bedroom.
